Philippines Bolo D-guard Luzon Sword w/ laminated blade
Philippines Archipelagos, Bolo Luzon sword with D-guard, 19th century. Downturned quillion guard connected to the dark wood handle. Blade a long straight spine and lightly curved blade. Tang hand hammered and peened over. Probably used by Cimarron against Spanish occupation. Size 24 5/8" L, blade 19 3/8" L
Condition: good with signs of delamination to the early blade
