Colima Archaic Standing Shaman
Pre-Columbian, Western Mexico, Colima circa 100 BC - 250 AD. Handsomely decorated, the shaman stands wearing a tunic, necklace, and shaman horn with pierced ears. Remnants of the original black painted decorations throughout. Size 6 1/2" H on included custom stand.
ex-Dr. J. Hilsabeck collection, Orange County, California, USA collection. Collected in the 1960-1980's. ex-Private California collector, Authenticity Guaranteed by Scollard Auctions.
Condition: Overall very good condition with no obvious signs of damage, restoration or repairs.
