Fine Japanese Gilt Tsuba, Edo 1603-1868
Fine Japanese gold inset tsuba in iron, Edo period 1603-1868. Beautifully cast in iron with a rim decorated in a floral pattern of linear details worn from use. Front with two intricate tree formations and a more visible boarder of gold inset decoration. Interior with a gilt inset tree and textured grip to one side. Included in custom fit wood box. Size 3" L
