Museum De-Accessed American Indian Pestle
Large and heavy stone pestle for grinding against a volcanic stone metate and finely grinding down large amounts of spices, or flour. Fine patina from age and use throughout. Old museum label painted on to one side. Size 14 3/8" L, 3 1/2" W
Condition: Good condition throughout.
