Persian Lacquer Painting on Board, Qajar Dynasty 1789-1925
Beautiful oil on board lacquer painting of a Persian Royal procession, Qajar Dynasty 1789-1925. Board with a nice blue and gold border. Interior scene with a very prominent depiction of the Shah on horseback followed by attendants heading to a meeting with two seated nobles. Reverse inscribed with the title of the scene. Size 19" x 13 1/4" H

Condition: typical wear and age commensurate from use with some additional wear through the top right side and loss to lacquer.
