Thomas Nast- President Lincoln Entering Richmond, 1865
Thomas Nast print of President Lincoln Entering Richmond, April 4, 1865. The print is a centerfold from an original 1866 Harper's Weekly. Lincoln is surrounded by a crowd, mostly African-Americans, amidst the ruins of Richmond. Black and white. Condition Note: Page has been affixed on the upper edge to a protective backing paper, lower right corner dog-ear fold, centerfold, and some paper wave/ wrinkle. Measurements: Main Image 21 x 14 inches. Protected under mylar wrap on an 18 x 24 in foam core board.
