Meita Made in Japan circa 1910: Antique Porcelain Covered Bowl
Vintage Porcelain Covered Bowl Meita China Made in Japan Stamped Loeser's. Handpainted flowers with gold trim and two gold-trimmed handles. 6 inches tall x 11 inches wide. Meito was established in 1908 by Kotero Asukai, a former senior engineer at Noritake, or Morimura Brothers as it was then. (The name Noritake wasn't widely used until after 1912 )
