Le Pèlerin - a weekly French newspaper that began on July 12, 1873. It is considered the first French magazine in color. It was founded by the Bayard Presse journalist group, which was the initial nucleus. For the first few decades, the newspaper ran an anti-Semitic line and from time to time cartoons accused Jews of the ills of French society, followed by religious accusations of Jesus And Christianity. Throughout the 20th century, the weekly trend was more moderate.
