GERMAN WAR BONDS POSTER: "ZEICHNET KRIEGSANLEIHE"
Original German propaganda poster, 18.5 x 27.25 in., modernist depictions of an eagle's head and a dove holding a branch, all above the caption: "Zeichnet Kriegsanleihe" ("Buy War Bonds"). The printed signature of artist "K. Gigrift" appears at bottom-right, while the bottom margin bears the printer's label "Ectstein & Stable" of Stuttgart and the order word: "Adler taube" ("Eagle dove"). Folds, some slight marginal tears, else very good.
