LORENCE BJORLUND
(1911-1978) Illustrator of western scenes, his works appeared in over 300 books including pulps, listed in "50 great American Illustrators". Pair of excellent original signed pencil drawings, both on beige heavier stock, one titled "Bisect Equally" showing an attack by mounted Indians, 17 x 14 in., a study for his work which appeared in "Curse Not His Curls", Old Army Press, 1974; the second untitled and showing an Indian scout guiding another man, 11 x 14 in. Both in fine condition.
