SALVADOR DALI

(1904 - 1989) Spanish artist whose surrealistic paintings reflected his eccentric lifestyle. His works are known for their dream-like, symbolic nature. Signed woodblock decomposition print: "Church and Empire" from his "Divine Comedy" series, 10 x 12.25 in. (sight), showing an angel in left profile next to a rhinoceros, limited edition no. "66/150", signed at bottom right. Beautifully double matted and framed to a total size of 20 x 23.25 in. Not examined out of frame. Very light mat burn toward the edges, upper corners slightly toned, else very good to fine.
