(d. 1992) American cartoonist, creator of the hyperactive Woody Woodpecker. Original blue pencil and graphite animation sketch of Woody the Woodpecker on a 11.75 x 9.25 in. (sight) piece of paper, signed with a dedication at bottom-right and with official seal. Attractively double-matted and framed to a total size of 23 x 21.25 in. Slight chipping to the frame, else fine.
