According to the Reisen, Lithuania, Poland, Bohemia and Moravia custom. Printed by the co-associates: The grandsons of the Slavuta Rav, Rav Chananya and Rav Yehoshua Heshel Shapira. This volume is rare and is not included in the National Library of Israel- located there is volume II only: Machzor for Pesach, Shavuos and Sukkos.
