Principle 67- from sefer Et Sofer, in the handwriting of the author- Rav Eliezer Zussman Sofer, as he arranged it for print. With additions and erasures which were incorporated in the sefer's printing.
13 pages, written on both sides, in the handwriting of Rav Eliezer Zussman Sofer.
Rav Eliezer Zussman Sofer- (5588-5663 [1828-1903]) son of Rav Mordechai Efraim Fishel, son-in-law of Rav Yoel Ungar- Av Beis Din of Paks and author of Responsa Riva.
One of the great Hungarian Rabbonim and a prolific author. He was circumcised by the Chasam Sofer and learned from him in his youth. Most of his learning was from the Ksav Sofer and the Maharam Shik. He served as Rav of Kiskunhalas and after his father-in-law's passing he took his place as Av Beis Din of Paks, until his own passing.
13 pages. 34 cm. Bound in beautiful binding; water stains; a few fold signs; light professionally restored tears on a portion of the pages; good condition.
