NEAT OLD-TIME COLLECTION ON SCOTT PAGES: 1919-23, over 450 mainly mint stamps representing all issues of the period with most powerful Monogram framed and unframed overprints and later surcharges, as well as surcharges on the Soviet issue, just a few stamps doubtful (perf brown Mt.
