Manuscript in Hebrew, English and Yiddish written in various hands. Contains bylaws of the Burial Society, lists of the deceased, financial contributors, members. Elaborate opening title in colors and further divisional title in black and white.

This synagogue occupied a majestic building built in 1895 at the corner of Bedford & Hewes in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn. Formerly the Church of the Redeemer (Evangelical Lutheran), today it is known as “Talmud Torah She’arith HaPleitah Sanz-Klausenburg.”
