Rabbi Abraham Joseph Hertz / Reuben Sassoon / Alfred Dreyfus – 5 Antique Lithographs.
lithographs taken from British magazine Vanity Fair. 3 are connected to the Dreyfus affair – a foldout litho depicting a scene from the trial, a portrait of Dreyfus and a portrait of Esterhazy, the French officer who betrayed his country and for whose crimes innocent Dreyfus was accused.
I addition – 2 portraits of famous British Jewish figures – Famed businessman Reuben Sassoon and Rabbi Hertz, Chief Rabbi of England.
Each print is 40x26 cm, foldout print is 53x38 cm. Very good condition.
