1941 FRAMED GROUP PHOTO OF GERMAN ALLY WWI VETERANS
WWII period original group photo of organized Bulgarian ex-service men who were mobilized during the Balkan wars and fought alongside German and Austrian soldiers in WWI. They were all members of a war invalids mutual help organization and were photographed here during a meeting that took place on the 16 of April 1941. The photo is inscribed on both front and back giving details of the date and place of the meeting, the photographer, and the war invalids organization. Large print 9 1/2” x 7 1/2”. Interesting photo showing a large group of people with the typical for the early 1940s dress styles etc. The photo is set in an original period frame that shows some traces of being more than half a century old. It would make a very nice addition to your historical or WWI collection or use it to add some antique touch ups to your home or office. For condition see photos. Scarce and highly collectable item.
