Beutifully Ornamented Porcelain Whistle End XIX Century
Beautifully hand-painted patriotic whistle of the end of XIX century sent as a gift by a German cavalry officer to his father so that he thinks of him while he's on duty. Whistle depicts an officer riding a horse dressed in Prussian cavalry uniform and the unit he's serving in written as well as a drawing of this soldier with his father and a text dedicated to him. All hand manufactured and with very nice floral ornaments. One of the ends is a small reproduction of a military helmet. VERY IMPORTANT !!! Shipping from our office in Europe.
