An Award Certificate of the National Society Daughters of the Colonial Wars, Inc. was issued to Ruth Prentiss, dated March 20, 1954.A certificate was issued to Samuel Hart in Hartford, CT on the 17th of February, 1894 as a new member of the Society of Colonial Wars in the State of Connecticut.Printed on Tiffany paper.The New York State Society of the Cincinnati and the Sons of the Revolution in the State of New York honor request the presence of Mr. W. Lanier Washington.Dated October 30, 1916.
