"Commentary on the Iben Ezra ztz"l's commentary on the Torah by R' Shmuel Motot called, " Megilas Storim" in which he reveals his secrets .

This book is the first commentary on Iben Ezra.

The author Rabbi Shmuel Motot was a great sage, Kabbalist, commentator and translator, one of the sages of Spain in the second half of the 14th century, wrote additional essays on Torah and Tefillah as well as a commentary on Sefer Ha'yetzira  that have yet to be published, only this commentary on the Iben Ezra was printed, as well as a translation of Rabbi Avraham ben Daoud's (Raava"d) book called ' Emunah Nosah' but the translation was not accepted.

The Motot commentary printed in the collection of commentaries on Ibn Ezra,   Margaliot Tova (Amsterdam 1722) is only an abbreviation of this book.

Behind the title page is a listing of ownership from the year 1742 with an interesting lyrical addition.

Owner's signatures on title page, tear on title page, page 4: Handwritten completion above pasting on text, time stains , a few holes, antique wooden binding with buckle marks, good general condition.
