Lectures, Halachic Responsa, poems, text drafts to inscribe on tombstones , various halachic document forms, ketubah forms, openings to letters, and more by an unknown sage.
The city of Pilippi (Pilippopoli) in Bulgaria is mentioned in the manuscript several times, dates mentioned in manuscript are from 1840-1870s.
in pages 62-66, a responsa regarding a mikveh in the city of Polivia that the water flows to it through pipes of metal - in this matter, Rabbi Chaim Palag"i also replied in the sefer "
Chaim BeYad" siman 49. .
On pages 79-80, matters related to the false messiah Shukar Kuhail, including remarks by Rabbi Shneur Zalman Mendelovich, Chabad emissary from Hebron, "who is now in Bombay, " a letter sent by Yauda Bar-Shalom [Shukar Kuhail] to the city of Eden.
