19C Russian Gilt Silver and Cloisonne Enamel tea serving pieces : Sugar bowl , tea strainer and sugar tongs. Sugar bowl : Weight 196 gm . Size 12 cm -high with handle , 9.5 cm - top diameter , 10.5 cm -bottom diameter , Tea strainer : weight 72 gm , 16.5 cm long , 5.5 cm bowl width , Sugar tongs - weight 63 gm , 13.5 cm long .
