Scroll of Esther in antique olive wood case - Pre-Bezalel work. Late 19th century. Beautifully carved and inlaid, with depictions of the Western Wall. Hebrew inscriptions: Jerusalem; Eretz Yisrael. Original label: Palestine Appears to be kosher. Meticulous Ashkenazi script. A similar scroll appears on the local Judaica catalog in Israel. Length: 31 cm Height of scroll: 10 cm
