1920, Lev B. Kamenev (Lev Rozenfeld), Bolshevik revolutionary and a prominent Soviet politician, black-and-white postcard picturing Kamenev as the Chairman of the Moscow Council of Workers' and Red Army Deputies, card was postally used in 1920 when internal correspondences delivered free of postal charge, mostly VF and very rare. Lev Kamenev was convicted in the case of the ''Trotskyist-Zinoviev Center'' and shot in 1936. A person who kept such postcard was at risk of being repressed in the Soviet Union, Est. $400-$500
