Vintage Velvet Ladies Cocktail Dress
Vintage Ladies Black Velvet Cocktail Dress with Sequined Collar. Sleeveless with a zipper in the back. Measures 33 inches long from back of neck to bottom hem and 19 inches across the front armpit to armpit, tagged size 14. In very good condition, no issues noted.
