Antique Crewel and Plush Work Embroidered Picture
Antique crewel embroidered and plush work needlework picture with basket and flowers. Lots of dimensional work. Mounted in a shadow box and painted black, no glass. Measures 22 x 22 inches. In fair condition with paint loss and scratches to the box, at least one flower is missing, and it is very dusty. This item was part of Laura Fisher's estate. Laura Fisher was a New York based world renowned quilt expert, dealer and author, and in offering these textiles for sale we hope to honor her legacy of style and scholarship.
