Antique c1920s Hooked Rug with Bird and Nest of Eggs
Antique c1920s hooked rug with a blue jay and a nest of eggs, measuring 33.5 x 24.5 inches. Female blue jay with a nest of eggs with flowers and leaves. In poor condition with several holes and wear. This item was part of Laura Fisher's estate. Laura Fisher was a New York based world renowned quilt expert, dealer and author, and in offering these textiles for sale we hope to honor her legacy of style and scholarship.
