Complaint form of the Department of Police and Prisons, Palestine; received on September 5, 1929 during the 1929 riots; reporting a shooting incident near Shapira neighborhood (Tel-Aviv-Jaffa).
"On 25.8.29, at three p.m. I heard that there was an attack on Shapira neighborhood behind Macabi court…when I arrived there I realized that there was shooting from the direction of the orchard….In addition to the shooting there was also stone throwing; one stone hit my right leg…". A printed form (Hebrew and English), with details filled out in pencil (Hebrew). [1] leaf, 34 cm, written on both sides. Fair-good condition. Folding marks. Tears, mainly at margins and folding mark (some damage to text). Foxing.
