On title page and on other side of sefer is the stamped signature of Rav Shmuel HaCohen Schwartz, Av Beis Din of לאפוש, compiler of the Leket Shoshana anthology, son of the Gaon Rav Naftali Schwartz, Av Beis Din of מאד, author of "Beis Naftoli" and grandson of the Kol Aryeh.
