Questions & answers and Chiddushei Dinim on the Shulchan Aruch, section Yoreh De'ah, and "Sha'ar Hateyrutzim"- novellae on Gemara, Pshat, and Tosafos, on a number of massechtos.
By Rav Shmuel ben Rav Elkana of Altona.
Signature of ownership on title page: "The small one, Rav Meir Katz Rata" and at end of sefer: "Baruch son of my father, the honorable Rav Tzvi Hirsh". on page 48,1 is a critique on the author's words, in beautiful handwriting (notation is a bit cut off).
Additionally there is a faded stamp of ownership: Rav Yaakov Tzvi Halevi Jungreis, Av Beis Din of Füzesgyarmat.
Altona 5498 [1738] First Print. [3] 114, 30-74, [2] pages. Damaged title page, first 2 pages with light damage, rest of sefer in good condition. New plain binding.
