Moshe Truider sells all types of goods - antisemitic print Europe, early 20th century

MOSES FEITELES TRODIER verkauft alle gattungen waare - Moshe Fitles Truider sells all kinds of goods - antisemitic print. Lithographic print on thick paper. Europe, early 20th century.

A print that shows a group of Jews negotiating at the door of Moshe's shop. At the top of the doorway is the sign: 'Moshe Pitles Truider sells all kinds of goods'. Moshe the Jew supposedly owns a trade shop, but in fact his business encompasses many hidden areas, and he dominates the entire trading area. The hint of this appears in print in the form of countless items offered for sale that have no logical connection - watches, clothing, dinnerware, and decorative items. And a group of Jews conducting dubious negotiations. The use of the Jewish store as a cover for dubious commerce is an antisemitic motif that reappeared in various variants in early 20th century Europe.

Size: 63x50 cm. Thick paper. Light tears to edges. Reinforced with paper on the back. Good condition.
