The Dreyfus Affair - Collection of Postcards
30 postcards with photographs and illustrations of the key figures in the Dreyfus affair. Various printing and places, late 19th and early 20th century.
In the collection, postcards accompanying the affair from beginning to end, some by Dreyfus' supporters and some by his opponents. Among, real photo postcards from the honorific ceremony held for Dreyfus after his acquittal in the courtyard of the Ecole Militaire, as well as postcards with illustrations and cartoons of Alfred Dreyfus, Emil Zola, Ferdinand Esterhazi, Georges Picard, Laburi, Clemenco, and others.
