Geburtsurkunde - Birth Certificate. Auszung aus den Registen der Juden der stadt Czeladz o.s - Birth certificate of the Jewish girl Alpha Riva Birnholz, according to the Jewish registry in the city of Czeladz [then Germany, today Poland], Bernholtz was born in May 1940.
The date of birth and its name were filled in handwritten. The certificate was issued on records in the Jewish community's books on January 28, 1942, under the Nazi rule, with a Nazi ink stamp and German Reich stamps, and a manual signature of the 'der standesbeamte' - the Nazi Registrar. it is not clear to us what happened to Alpha, we did not find her name in the database of names in Yad Vashem.
