יוסף מילוא -
את ראשית צעדיו על הבמה עשה בלהקה דרמטית של ה"מכבי" בחיפה. ב-1939 פגש אביו, שכיהן כיו"ר ארגון עולי צ'כוסלובקיה בארץ, את ד"ר פאול לוי, שהצליח להבריח מצ'כוסלובקיה את תיאטרון המריונטות שלו לפני הפלישה הגרמנית. הלה חיפש אדם שיפעיל את המריונטות, ופסובסקי הציע את בנו יוסף.
מילוא שימש קריין-יחיד ועורך אמנותי ב"להקת העץ" של לוי, ובה הכיר מקרוב בעיות של בימוי, היגוי וקריינות. הוא השתתף ב"המטאטא" במשך כשנתיים, ובשנת 1944 ייסד ביחד עם אחרים, בהם אשתו ימימה מילוא, להקת תיאטרון שהפכה לימים להיות התיאטרון הקאמרי.
היה במאי יחיד כמעט של תיאטרון הקאמרי במשך חמש השנים הראשונות להקמתו.
