תיאטרון התא"י - התיאטרון הארץ־ישראלי (התא"י) היה תיאטרון עברי בתקופת היישוב.
נוסד בברלין בשנת 1924 על ידי חמישה שחקנים מארץ ישראל, בהנהגת מרים ברנשטיין־כהן,
התא"י על שחקניו הגיע לארץ ישראל בראשית 1925, וב־3 במרץ אותה שנה, נפתח בתל אביב "התיאטרון הארץ־ישראלי" בהנהלתו של גנסין. בפתיחה בקולנוע עדן הועלה המחזה "בלשאצר", ואת נאום הפתיחה נשא חיים נחמן ביאליק.
מבנה התיאטרון בשדרות רוטשילד 80 תוכנן על ידי האדריכל והמהנדס יעקב אורנשטיין והוקם בשנת 1927.
המבנה הוקם כאולם חסר־גג בן 270 מקומות ישיבה.
עקב חילוקי דעות בין חברי קבוצת השחקנים ובייחוד בין שני מנהיגיה, מנחם גנסין ומרים ברנשטיין־כהן, התפרקה הקבוצה והתיאטרון נסגר עוד ב־1927. המבנה שימש את תיאטרון הבימה שהגיע לארץ ישראל בשנת 1928, עד שנחנך "בית הבימה" בשנת 1946.
