This manuscript is mentioned in Emek Beracha, by the Shla"h’s great-grandson, who printed an excerpt from it – the drasha of the Shla"h for Rosh Hashana:

The Chid"a, in his book, Shem HaGedolim, also praises the Shla"h at length, as well as the fact that he possesses a letter signed by the Shla"h: “Our teacher, Rabbi Yishaya Segal Horowitz, the holy man renowned throughout the Jewish world was the Av Beit Din in Prague… and the rabbi composed a composition on the entire Mordechai and Bigdei Yesha was recently published on Sefer Mo’ed… and I have the signature from the holy hand of our teacher Rabbi Yishaya Segal, the pious Gaon, author of the Shla"h, son of the Gaon, our teacher, Rabbi Avraham. His acclaim has spread throughout the country, and his holiness and the holiness of his illustrious family…” 17x21 cm
