בכותרת המסמך כללי המשחק.
ובגופו 45 תמונות המתארות בצורה ציורית נטולת מתח את כל מפגעי המלחמה. זאת בכדי לגרום לילדים המשחקים ״הפנמה״ של הסכנות ופתרונות ההתגוננות.
המשחק שהופק ע״י ביח״ר ״שמן״ חיפה באשור יועץ הסוכנות היהודית להתגוננות בפני גזים והתקפות מאויר. מתואר בין התמונות:
״שימוש באזעקת רעשן״, ״קשור את הסוס לעמוד״, ״לבש מסיכת גז״, ״מפציץ עם צלב קרס״, , הפקח מצלצל בפעמון״, ״הצנחן הוא אויב הפולש מהאויר״, ועוד ועוד...
בתחתית המסמך מתואר גדוד משמר הבריאות:
בטור צבעוני ומצעדי, כל מוצרי בית החרושת שמן, ״מחופשים״ לחיילים, משוריין ומשאית אספקה.
הוצא בסמוך להפצצת המטוסים האיטלקיים על תל-אביב, ב-9 לספטמבר 1940.
