Cel [מטרה], כרך המאגד בתוכו את 17 הגיליונות הראשונים של עיתון "מפלגת המדינה העברית" בפולין, בעריכת עמנואל כהן (Immanuel Kohn, 1891-1971). הוצאת Karol Raps, לבוב, 1934-1935. פולנית.
העיתון Cel (מטרה), מטעם "מפלגת המדינה העברית" בפולין, יצא לאור בין השנים 1934-1937. בכרך שלפנינו נכרכו יחדיו 17 הגיליונות הראשונים של העיתון, מהשנים 1934-1935: ארבעה גיליונות מהשנה הראשונה, נובמבר-דצמבר 1934 (גליונות 1-4); ושלוש עשרה גיליונות מהשנה השנייה, ינואר-יולי 1935 (גיליונות 5-17).
17 גליונות (8 עמודים בגיליון), 39.5 ס"מ. מצב טוב.
כתמים. קמטים וקרעים קלים בשוליים (ללא פגיעה בטקסט).
כריכה קשה עם שדרת בד, בלויה מעט.
