בירנבאום, אוריאל (1894 - 1956) Birnbaum, Uriel
צייר, קריקטוריסט, סופר ומשורר אקספרסיוניסטי אוסטרי-יהודי.
יליד וינה, גילה כישרון מבוהק כבר בגיל צעיר. בהשפעת אביו, נתן בירנבאום, עזב את הציונות ודגל בחיים יהודיים מסורתיים בגולה. עם כיבוש אוסטריה בידי גרמניה הנאצית, עבר עם משפחתו ליערות הולנד, ושם שרדו יחד את השואה. פרסם ואייר, בין היתר, את 'חד גדיא' מתוך ההגדה, את 'אליזה בארץ הפלאות' ואת ספר יונה
