ח'ליל רעד, (ערבית: خليل رعد, 1854 – 1957) היה צלם ערבי סורי-לבנוני, נוצרי, שהתפרסם במידה רבה בזכות צילומי נופים ואנשים בארץ ישראל בשלהי המאה ה-19 ובמחצית הראשונה של המאה ה-20. חי בארץ זו רוב שנות חייו, אך כתוצאה מהשלכות המלחמה הערבית-יהודית ב-1949-1948, בערוב ימיו, חזר למולדתו. צילם מעבר ל-1,230 צילומים ועשרות גלויות. בעיזבונו נמצאו תשלילי צילום רבים שתיעדו את חיי היום יום ואירועים בארץ ישראל, בסוריה ובלבנון לאורך חמישים שנה. נחשב "הצלם הערבי הראשון בארץ הקודש".
