הרמן שְטְרוּק היה צייר ואמן הדפסים יהודי וציוני ונודע כאחד מחשובי האמנים היהודים בגרמניה. שטרוק עלה לארץ ישראל בשנת 1922. עבודותיו קובצו בספרי תחריטים והדפסים, שרבים מהם הוקדשו למראות ממסעותיו ברחבי העולם.
