Kaufmann, Leipzig, 1919, in good condition binding slightly faded, a few stains on page margins. *Rabbi Judah Halevi (his Arabic name - Abu Al-Hassan Al-Lawi أبو الحسن اللاوي, circa 1075-1141) was a poet and philosopher during the golden age of Jewish culture in Spain, one of the greatest Jewish writers of the Middle Ages and of all times. His poems had been collected in a poem collection titled Diwan. His first and main poem collection is titled Diwan Machane Yehuda, collected by Hiyya Eldaoudi, who was an offspring of the Exilarch who escaped to Spain and the founder of the Hiyya dynasty (today - Don Yehie and Harlap)
