Passover Haggadah of the Hadassim Youth Village, in reasonable-good condition: stains mostly on title page and first two pages, hole in title page and first page in the center. *Hadassim Youth Village is a children and youth village founded by Hadassah WIZO, in central Israel, south of Ilanot, north of Kfar Neter and Even Yehuda, and west of Kadima. Hadassim was initiated by WIZO Hadassah Canada in 1944 and founded by a group of teachers and educators who had completed the Ben Shemen Youth Village as students, headed by Rachel Yermiyahu Shapira. It is a boarding school, school and educational agricultural farm, founded in the spirit of the classic, Israeli youth village. The village's activity begun in 1947, when it accepted mostly new immigrants, some of the Holocasut survivors and some immigrants from North Africa and Muslim countries, as well as local citizens who needed a housing arrangement.
