Third Intermediate Period, 1069-702 BC
A gold amulet of the goddess Bastet in the form of a seated cat with suspension ring to the back. 1.83 grams, 12.84mm (1/2"). Very fine condition.

Property of a Mayfair lady; formerly in an important London collection formed since 1965.
