A cream glazed composition shabti with mummiform shape, tripartite wig and false beard, arms crossed over chest holding pick and hoe, seed bag over left shoulder; circumferential band of hieroglyphs to the waist, vertical band of hieroglyphs below, supporting pillar to the back. 81.8 grams, 14cm (5 1/2"). Fine condition.

Property of a North London gentleman; acquired on the UK art market before 2000.
