Robert Schindler, a prominent New York attorney who practiced in NYC and Westchester, was a lifelong bibliophile who collected rare books and first editions. Upon his retirement from law he moved to Charleston, South Carolina where he opened the CHARLESTON RARE BOOK COMPANY which thrived for more than 15 years. He relocated to Palm Beach Florida where he re-opened as PALM BEACH RARE BOOKS. He recent decline in health has prompted him to liquidate his inventory.
