Topper Johnny Lightning Purple Flame Out on Card. Car is near mint, only issue is one rung has broken off the roof ladder and is floating loose in the pack, the card is complete but fair as it has a skinned spot from sticker removal and the whole card has warping and creases, the back has yellowed, the blister is clear, crack free and firmly attached to the card.
