Mint Built Rite Montgomery Ward farm set
Mint Built Rite Montgomery Wards farm set. A fantastic set from the late 1930's that was manufactured by Warren Paper in Lafayette, IN. Possibly the neatest and most educational thing from it's time. There are five individual boxes inside one master carton. Each box top and bottom are part of the base that the buildings and fences are supported by. These sets are extremely rare and not typically unused, unpunched as this one is. the outer box shows storage wear but the inner boxes and parts are in gorgeous shape. If you are a farm toy enthusiast and into dioramas, this one might take the cake.
