Rav Shlomo Hacohen of Vilna (5588-5666) author of Responsa Binyan Shlomo and Cheshek Shlomo and disciple of his brother, Rav Betzalel Hacohen and Rav Yaakov Barret of Vilna. Served as Moreh Tzedek in Vilna. Torah leaders would flock to his door with halachic questions and requests for approbations, including the Chofetz Chaim, who requested an approbation for his sefer- the Mishna Berura!!
